Disclaimer General 

This agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to the usage of this site ( https://www.reporter9health.com and www.reporter9health.com ) and all related sites under its umbrella (together referred to as "Reporter9Health Sites") by a subscriber. "Subscriber" refers to any individual who establishes or accesses a connection ("account") for using the Reporter9Health Sites. 

Usage Limitations the Reporter9Health Sites are owned and operated by Reporter9Health Convergence, a company within the Reporter9Health group ("Company"). They contain content sourced entirely or partially from the Company, its affiliated companies, various news agencies, and other sources (including content partners), and are safeguarded by international copyright and trademark laws. 

The subscriber's restrictions on using content and materials from the Reporter9Health Sites are detailed below. Unless expressly authorized, the subscriber may not alter, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Reporter9Health Sites, including code and software.

 By utilizing the Reporter9Health Sites (in addition to reading this agreement for the first time), the subscriber agrees to adhere to all the terms and conditions herein. The right to use the Reporter9Health Sites is personal to the subscriber and cannot be transferred to any other individual or entity. 

The subscriber is accountable for all activities on the subscriber's account (using any screen name or password) and for ensuring that all use of the subscriber's account fully complies with the terms of this agreement. The subscriber is obliged to safeguard the confidentiality of the subscriber's password, if any. The Company reserves the right to alter or terminate any aspect or feature of the Reporter9Health Sites at any time, including content, availability hours, and the necessary equipment for access or use.

Modified Terms The Company reserves the right to amend or adjust the terms and conditions governing the subscriber's usage of the Reporter9Health Sites or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for usage. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided through means including, but not limited to, posting on the Reporter9Health Site, or via electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which the subscriber receives notice. 

Any usage of the Reporter9Health Site by the subscriber after such notice shall be deemed as acceptance by the subscriber of such changes, modifications, or additions. Equipment The subscriber is responsible for acquiring and maintaining all necessary telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment required for accessing and using the Reporter9Health Sites and for all associated charges.

Subscriber Conduct Subscribers must utilize Reporter9Health Sites solely for lawful purposes. They shall not post or transmit any material via Reporter9Health Sites that infringes or violates the rights of others, or that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, obscene, vulgar, profane, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offense, leading to civil liability, or otherwise violating any law. Moreover, subscribers must not include any advertising or solicitation for products or services without the explicit prior approval of the Company. Any conduct by a subscriber that, in the Company's judgment, inhibits or restricts any other subscriber from utilizing or enjoying Reporter9Health Sites will not be tolerated. 

Subscribers shall not employ Reporter9Health Sites for advertising or any commercial solicitation, including urging users to subscribe to other online information services competing with Reporter9Health Sites. Reporter9Health Sites contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information, including text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, or sound. 

The entire content of Reporter9Health Sites is copyrighted as a collective work under applicable copyright laws. The Company and/or its affiliates hold copyrights for the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as for their original content. 

Subscribers may not alter, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or exploit any content in any manner, in whole or in part. Subscribers may only download copyrighted material for their personal use. Except as expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication, or commercial exploitation of downloaded material shall be allowed without the express permission of the Company and the copyright owner. In any permitted copying, redistribution, or publication of copyrighted material, no changes shall be made to or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend, or copyright notice. 

By downloading copyrighted material, subscribers acknowledge that they do not gain any ownership rights. Subscribers shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available on Reporter9Health Sites any material protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights without the explicit permission of the owner. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ascertain whether any material is protected by copyright. Subscribers shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from copyright infringement, violation of proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such submission. 

By submitting material to any public area of Reporter9Health Sites, subscribers automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such material has expressly granted, the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such material (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material. Subscribers also permit any other subscriber to access, view, store, or reproduce the material for that subscriber's personal use. 

Subscribers hereby grant the Company the right to edit, copy, publish, and distribute any material made available on Reporter9Health Sites by the subscriber. The aforementioned provisions benefit the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its third-party content providers and licensors, each of whom shall have the right to enforce and comply with such provisions directly or on their behalf. Disclaimer of Warranties: Limitation of Liability The subscriber expressly agrees that the use of Reporter9Health Sites is at the subscriber's sole risk. Neither the Company, its affiliates, nor their respective employees, agents, third-party content providers, or licensors warrant that Reporter9Health Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Reporter9Health Sites, or the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through Reporter9Health Sites. Reporter9Health Sites are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties that are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction, or modification under applicable laws to this agreement. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. The subscriber specifically acknowledges that the Company is not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other subscribers or third parties, including without limitation any interactive communication on or through the sites, and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the subscriber.
